The day I thought I'd been waiting for...

Well, we had a blast at the Braves/Rangers game, but it didn't end up as I'd hoped on the scoreboard. Chipper didn't play 3rd base - he was the DH - so that wasn't cool. Nonetheless, I got to see the braves in person and I got to see my favorite nephew for about 15 minutes before going to the game. I hope there will be a next time, and when there is, I hope it will be a victory for the God-loved Atlanta Braves rather than a victory for the Rangers in the heart of God-forsaken Texas.
