For those of you who possibly haven't been around our family lately, we've been very stressed about some things that have taken place. At the root of these stresses has been the fact that several weeks ago, my brother, Cale, received notification that he would have to report to infantry training in Fort Benning, GA on May the 18th.
Cale has been out of the army for several years now, but is still under contract. He was told that following 25 days of training in Georgia he would be deployed (presumably to Iraq). Fortunately, though, we've now received word that his need to report has been indefinitely delayed. It is very likely that he could still be called up, but at least for now that is not the case. At least he'll have a little more time to be preparing for it as well.
That being said, there is no doubt that God has answered our prayers. Never underestimate the power of prayer!

That's def an answered prayer...just make sure next time it's not an answered phone call or an answered letter on his part, and everything will be alright! lol
That is awesome...
God is good.
That is so awesome. God is SO good.
Hey! I just ran across your blog! I am glad to hear that Cale isn't having to go back!
That was such great news!
